Laurel Forrest serves as Commercial Escrow Officer for Chicago Title’s Minneapolis National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. As an escrow officer and commercial closer with the Fidelity family of insurers since 1984, Laurel brings a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise to the closing table. Her prior experience in the mortgage lending field in conjunction with her title experience has been extensive and varied.

Although I have been in the industry for quite some time, I enjoy the fact that there is always something new to learn for each transaction. I recently had the privilege of closing a very large, notable local transaction. Laurel enjoys closing transactions across the country as well as locally with specific expertise in the complex low-income housing and multi-loan projects with developers. Away from the office, Laurel enjoys spending time with family, traveling (she is especially fond of the north shore of Lake Superior), and she is an avid reader.
